The RapidWall System:

 The RapidWall System is made up of a variety of Wall Types (exterior wall finishes / materials) and Wall Core Types (performance interior wall compounds / materials). The result is a perfect combination of exterior aesthetics and durability with performance sound deadening and fire protection built to fulfill your exacting requirements.

RapidWall System Features:

DiamondCoat - This is the vinyl found on the Premier and Deco Wall lines. The Diamond Coat vinyl is nearly twice as thick and twice as strong as the Value Wall vinyl... and it offers a deeper, richer textured color. Definitely an upgrade in finish.

DuraBoss - An exclusive embossed steel surface. An embossed surface is preferred over smooth surfaces for long lasting good looks.

FlexTracks - Specially designed wall track system for "Floor-to-Ceiling" installations. Panels lift up into a deep top track and drop down into a shallow base track. Makes installations quick and easy for these applications.

GalvaCoat - All steel components that are with the modular building, such as doors, jambs, channels, trim, and the Wall Gripper come with a galvanized or galvanealed protection. This protection seals and protects the components from corrosion.

PeelGuard - We protect our steel panel surfaces with a removable protective film. This film stays on the wall surface until the panel is set in place, then it is removed by the installation crew.

TextureCoat - This durable powder coat finish is applied to the steel door line. The look and feel is similar to the stipple found on our 7 mil vinyl. Textured finishes hide minor bumps and dings and offer years of good looks. The finish can also be provided on our wall components and trim if desired.

TrueMatch - The exclusive finish for wall components and trim. This finish uses the same durable vinyl found on the Premier and Deco Wall Systems. Now your wall panels will have the same color and texture as the connection system providing a continuous, long lasting, monolithic look... offering an aesthetically superior and preferred finish compared to painted or bare metal components.

Gripper - The unique post system that grips the panel to prevent the intrusion of noise, dust and unconditioned air. This unique post system has two US patents... and is unique to the series of products.

Panelized Wall Panels - Our panels are fully fabricated and ready to be installed when they reach the job site... Don't be fooled into buying a "demountable" partition system with its hidden site costs. These systems are no more than finish gypsum and studs. A demountable wall will cost much more to install and not offer the features of the unitized panel. Nonprogressive Design. The ability to access a single wall panel without disturbing adjacent panels is what our modular system is all about. Door panels, solid panels and window panels can be swapped as needs change or replaced if one is accidentally damaged.

Recommended Wall-Core Types: · ThermalCore · Type1-Core. This economical wall system is the industry's price leader; however, it offers all the great performance benefits you would expect. What makes the Value Wall different? The largest difference is in the finishes.

ValueWall:

ValueWall uses a more economical vinyl surface for the wall panels which is limited to 3 standard colors. Furthermore, the components and trim are painted to match the wall surfaces rather using the

TrueMatch finish found on the Premier Wall. Another difference is the

ValueWall is not available with the 1-Hour Performance Core option... the end result is an attractive and economical wall system that can be used in most back office applications. Available Colors: White, Gray, Tan.

PremierWall:

PremierWall is a step up in quality over the ValueWall. Product Benefits: Features TrueMatch finish technology, Diamond Coat, 7mm Vinyl.

TrueMatch is the exclusive process of providing a durable vinyl finish to the wall's steel components and trim. This process offers a truly attractive monolithic appearance and provide the more desirable look and feel of conventional construction. With TrueMatch components and trim such as wall channels, window frames and the unique Gripper post system can all be finished with the True Match process. The PremierWall also features DiamondCoat vinyl. This durable 7 mil vinyl is nearly twice as thick and tough as the vinyl found on the Value Wall. One of the more visible characteristics of the DiamondCoat is it's raised stipple texture which offers a decidedly more attractive appearance. DecoWall:

Rugged Wall:

Industrial walls need the durability of the RuggedWall line. The RuggedWall utilizes heavy duty steel sheets laminated to the wall panels surface for added protection and durability... try that with conventional walls. Product Benefits: Industrial Specific, Code Compliant Available with dual sided steel or steel / vinyl surface Recommended Wall-Core Types: ThermalCore · Type1-Core · HushCore · 1Hour-Core In the past, if an industrial plant required a more durable construction the alternative was to use concrete block... and with that came the mess of pouring footers and the inflexibility of that construction. Now when that need arises, RuggedWall is the cleaner more flexible answer. There are several versions of the Tough Wall line: RuggedWall SGG - This is where steel is laminated to one side of a gypsum panel, typically the outside of the room. The other side uses the DiamondCoat vinyl wall finish. RuggedWall SG2 - This is where steel is applied to both sides of the wall panel... for the highest level of durability inside and out. RuggedWall SS - In some applications, the use of gypsum as a substrate is not required or desired. This could be due to a wet or wipe down area or for an environmental room. For those applications we offer the RuggedWall SS. This wall system utilizes steel on two sides and is laminated directly to the ThermalCore. RuggedWall FRP - Not all RuggedWall systems use steel... the FRP is the exception. FRP stands for "Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic". This surface is ideal for bathrooms and food processing areas. This material is a tough, hard, inert material and resists dirt, chemicals, scratches and abrasions. The FRP system is typically laminated directly to the Thermal Core, however it can be applied to one or both sides of a gypsum panel.  The steel must have GalvaCoat protection from corrosion, PeelCoat protection for installations and DuraBoss for long lasting good looks and durability. You can read more about these unique items in our Features section. There is one exception... we offers a smooth white steel that does not include the DuraBoss texture but uses USDA approved paint. This steel is ideal for food processing, clean rooms, and environmental rooms.

Clean Wall:

CleanWall is ideal for specialty enclosures where a cleanable, durable steel surface and thermal insulation are important. Product Benefits: Cleanable Ideal for Cleanrooms Utilizes 26 gage galvanized steel exterior Recommended Wall-Core Types: ·ThermalCore One-piece, prefabricated 3" to 6" thick, 4' wide panels.
